However we are still committed to you being able to transact with us online, like many of our competitors.

Therefore you can submit your insurance details online but what MAKES US DIFFERENT is that your details will be carefully considered by a professional broker and your quotation will be promptly sent you with friendly comments and advice.

Arranging quotations the traditional way

If you have complex personal insurance requirements, such as a very large home with lots of fine art, or if you are looking to insure your business then we will need to work together face to face, telephone or skype.

We are committed to working with customers with complex insurance requirements effectively and professionally in a transparent and honest manner.

Renewing policies

We don’t just want your business for one year.

To this end we will operate in order to maintain your policy’s relevance, effectiveness and pricing year on year.

Each year, in good time before your renewal we will make contact with you before sending your renewal to ensure that the policy still fits your circumstances. When we send your renewal we will carry out a market exercise to ensure you get the best premium every year, year in year out.
